Our core creative team work from Battersea Power Station. Our network of talented creative professionals is brought together under ‘Cohort’ by our Founder who shares with clients a lifetime of confident entrepreneurship, creative production, marketing and luxury design (in 3 languages).

Frances Martin-Isaacs
Founder & Creative Director
Frances Martin-Isaacs

Born in the UK, brought up in Colombia, Spain and London, Frances (BA Law Hons & IT, MA Digital Arts UAL, IDM Diploma Digital Marketing) worked in events, travel PR, and as a graphic designer in managing consulting firms before heading to BC, Canada where she worked in design agencies, for local TV and as an independent photographer and camera operator and editor, filming backcountry, big air competitions and band interviews. Back in London for a stint in production for advertising agencies in Soho, Frances then worked as a creative in-house at Aon (corporation) setting up a video department and working on their global rebrand before moving to the Côte d’Azur, France. For nine years Frances was a partner in a super yacht marketing agency in France and now back in London having sold a London-based creative agency, she continues to consult as Creative Director at niche UHNW marketing agency Relevance, Monaco and creatively supporting luxury businesses all over the world.

“A Creative Director is nothing without inspiring clients and talented specialists. I’ve set up Cohort to bring together the great and the good; a studio with a passion for precision and elegant design, bringing big ideas to market.”

Dom Beard
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Dom Beard

Dom graduated from Coventry University with a product design degree, equipped with the knowledge, skills and design processes for branding and UI/UX, creating beautiful and engaging product designs for clients and their audiences. Having begun with a career in the events and Esports industries, Dom is well-versed with digital and print.

“Being in the design industry is amazing. The variety of projects and clients that you get to work on is always exciting. To be able to go from the initial brief to final product and be involved in every step along the way is what makes the work so rewarding.”

Sanjeevan Kalaieesan

Sanjeevan Kalaieesan

Cohort’s developer is, to say the least, a total legend. Sanjeevan (Bsc Hons Software Engineering, Cardiff), turns his technical wizardry into creativity, always working on new and innovative ways to achieve the agency’s creative and technical development goals.

“I follow innovative ways of working, adding value with creative coding solutions and inspired ideas, I’m always eager to learn and experiment.”

Charlotte Damm
Marketing Assistant
Charlotte Damm

Originally from Denmark, Charlotte moved to the United Kingdom 4 years ago to pursue a BA in Graphic Design at University of Brighton. After having graduated, she then moved to London to follow a more data-focused path at the London School of Economics (LSE), where she studied an MSc in Marketing. Charlotte has experience in B2B marketing.

“I enjoy all areas of marketing. I value having the opportunity to pursue a career path where I can use both my creative skills as well as my more technical skills.”

Dave Paul
Financial Copywriter
Dave Paul

Dave has over 20 years of experience working for everyone from NatWest Business Banking and Zurich Insurance to Barclays and American Express. He’s won awards for Co-op Insurance, helped launch Nest Pensions for the UK government and spent five years in the City of London. Dave is a creative writing masters graduate from the University of East Anglia and in his spare time writes stories about pigeons.

Nik Fisher

Nik Fisher

Nik graduated from King’s College London in 2018 with a BA in French with English Literature, having spent a year in Paris working as an English Language Assistant for the British Council. Driven by a natural curiosity around language, freelancing in events and marketing led on to copywriting and editing for a range of global brands and luxury design studios, covering everything from social captions to sustainability statements.

“Whether we’re talking about creative writing or brand slogans, words are such a powerful tool for bringing people together. No two briefs or clients are ever the same so I’m always learning and growing. It makes this industry such a joy to work in.”

Enzo Grandio

Enzo Grandio

Enzo is currently a second year student at the University of the Arts London, studying graphic branding & identity. He has over 5 years of experience in design working as a freelancer. Enzo is from Miami and getting into the groove of London life as a creative student and professional. Enzo’s superpower is typography, having already created and sold his own typefaces.

“My favourite part of design is the ability it gives me to visualise my goals and aspirations to make the world a more beautiful place, one poster, logo, graphic, or font at a time.”
