Kensington Vet Care reports a 395% increase in new client conversion only one month after launch of the new design.
The practice provides an elevated service within the veterinary space and, as a vehemently independent local vet, Kensington Vet Care wanted to ensure that they were not in any way identified with corporate franchise offers.
Cohort worked closely with Kensington Vet Care’s founder and Principal alongside the SEO team and Petsapp CRM, prescription and booking systems. The results are a bespoke website that reflects the elevated service and quality of care offered at Kensington Vet Care whilst facilitating online bookings and inviting new client registration.
The new website provides a clear funnel for visitors, to guide and inform existing and new clients with clear CTAs and enquiry forms at the end of the funnel.
News and resources provide clients with important information and reinforcement as well as a reason to return to the website once their consultation is complete.
Pet travel
A significant USP for Kensington Vet Care that sets them apart from other vets is their knowledge and expertise in pet travel. KVC provide a wide range of services and information to assist clients and their pets for travel to countries both in and out of the EU. Cohort recommended an explainer video, now featured on the website, to help reduce client calls and questions which can clog up the phone lines in the approach to holiday times. The video is streamed from a new YouTube channel for the practice. The video is also keyword optimised to support the veterinary practice’s SEO strategy.
The new visual identity
The new visual identity features warm, natural, elegant and homely colours. A serif font for headers and pull quotes provides a premium and luxurious feel. The new imagery is positive, with no visuals that infer medical interventions. Photos of animals living their best lives, creates an approachable and positive feel, reassuring potential clients that their pets will be treated with the upmost care from the highly qualified team.
The brand update included a redesigned logo and visual identity. The redesigned logo features a bespoke illustration.
