We’ve been working with Inspired Crew’s founder Charlotte Saunders who has been dedicated to working within the yachting industry for many years. An advocate for instilling professional growth and safeguarding mental health, Inspired Crew is a yacht crew recruitment agency on a mission to place yachting professionals with exceptional talent and an all-important secondary skill set.

Inspired crew are building a community of like minded yachting professionals who are inspiring other crew to live their best lives by being happier, healthier and by following their passions. It’s important for yacht crew to not only develop their yachting skills but also their transferable passions and talents for a potential career beyond yachting.

The website has 2 funnels – one for yacht crew looking for work, another for yachts looking for exceptionally talented crew.
The website connects to a third-party CRM to manage applications and CVs from yacht crew.
The results
Inspired Crew have been building up to launch with an energetic and collaborative social media campaign to engage and draw awareness from yacht crew. User-generated content has been an impressively effective feature of this campaign. Yacht crew all over the world have contributed to the vibrant content on Inspired Crew’s social channels – Visit INSPIRED CREW’s instagram account.
